Shipping Information
All orders are processed and dispatched within one business day after payment has been successfully received.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location and postal network conditions:
- Standard Post: 2–6 business days
- Express Post: 1–3 business days
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided via email.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is deemed as ‘lost in transit’ by the carrier, a replacement will be sent.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been received.
For safety, quality control, and contamination-prevention reasons, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind.
Once a product leaves our controlled facility, its integrity and handling conditions can no longer be verified. For this reason, items are strictly non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Include the following details:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy
Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will, at our discretion:
- Replace the affected item(s); or
- Issue a full or partial refund
Requests submitted outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.
