Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been received.

For safety, quality control, and contamination-prevention reasons, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind.

Once a product leaves our controlled facility, its integrity and handling conditions can no longer be verified. For this reason, items are strictly non-returnable.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Include the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the affected item(s); or
  • Issue a full or partial refund

Requests submitted outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.
